Nimbus Return Policy
Looking to return your item? Nimbus’ return policy strives to be as flexible as possible for our customers. We have detailed our return guidelines below. Return or Exchange:
Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the item shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. A restocking fee of $3.95 will apply to each order. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
If your return is not received by the appropriate date then it will not be accepted. Nimbus is not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Once your package is received by Nimbus, your refund will be processed. You will be notified via an email to the email address provided during the transaction.
Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items:
If you received the wrong product from Nimbus, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem.
